Digital Project ManagementI help founders, startups, and growing teams organize their projects, operations, clients, and workflows using customized Notion systems, built around how your business actually works.
A quick introduction, in my own words.
I'm a Notion Systems Specialist with three years of experience helping founders and growing businesses create better ways to organize their work.
As businesses grow, things can quickly become scattered. Projects live in different tools. Important information gets buried in chats. Client details are hard to track. Founders end up carrying too much information in their heads.
I look at the way a business operates, identify areas of confusion or disorganization, and design customized Notion systems that bring the right information, workflows, and processes together, so work becomes easier to understand and manage.
As your business grows, so do the moving parts. More projects. More clients. More information. More people. I help create structure around that complexity.
Information is spread across tools, documents, messages, and spreadsheets.
There's no clear overview of projects, tasks, clients, or operations.
Information is hard to find, with no clear single source of truth.
The business needs documented, repeatable workflows.
The business outgrew the way work is currently managed.
You need someone who can think through the structure for you.
“A system should not simply look impressive. It should be useful.”
I design practical digital systems that make complex work feel clearer, calmer, and easier to run.
Tasks, deadlines, priorities, and progress, always visible.
Centralized systems for the moving parts of your business.
Leads, clients, and follow-ups in one connected system.
One clear view of what's happening across the business.
A structured home for company knowledge and documentation.
Not every problem fits a template. I build around yours.
A complete Notion system designed around how your business actually works, from the ground up.
A thorough review of your existing setup, with clear recommendations on what to fix and why.
Connecting Notion to the tools you already use, so work moves without the manual steps.
Hands-on guidance so you and your team can run the system with real confidence.
I turn the moving parts of a business into one clear operating system — so work is easier to see, manage, and grow.
Tracking orders, inventory, campaigns, and customer relationships across scattered tools.
A structured Notion workspace connecting collections, clients, orders, production, and content in one place.
One connected workspace replaced the scattered tools, so nothing falls through the cracks between design, sales, and fulfillment.
Fragmented information across spreadsheets, emails, and messaging platforms led to delays and poor visibility.
A centralized operational workspace managing deliveries, clients, fleet operations, and inventory from a single dashboard.
Deliveries, fleet, and inventory now live in one dashboard instead of scattered spreadsheets and chats, giving the team real visibility over daily operations.
Operations spread across multiple platforms made it hard to maintain visibility over sales and inventory.
A centralized business management system combining operational workflows with growth-focused dashboards.
Sales and inventory moved into one clear view, so the business can track performance and make decisions without digging through multiple platforms.
Victoria needed a clearer way to organize and manage inventory for her flower business, including products and stock information.
You created an inventory management structure that organized available stock and relevant product information into a more usable system.
The system gave Victoria a clearer way to understand and manage her stock instead of leaving inventory information scattered.
A music brand or artist operation has multiple moving parts — projects, events, tours, content, partnerships, and other brand activities — that can become difficult to manage.
You developed the concept for a Brand & Tour HQ, using Notion to create a centralized workspace for managing different aspects of the brand and its activities.
The system demonstrates your ability to adapt your systems thinking to a different industry while keeping important areas organized in one connected workspace.
If any of these systems look like what your operation needs, the fastest next step is a quick call.
Learn the business and the actual problem first.
Pinpoint where confusion or delay is happening.
Design databases and workflows around real use.
Create the workspace your team will actually use.
Refine until it feels simple and intuitive.
Every workspace is built around your real workflow, never a generic template forced to fit.
Designed to grow with your business, so the system still holds up as you add clients, projects, and people.
One connected workspace in place of scattered tools, documents, and spreadsheets.
Clear enough that your team and clients can actually use it, not just admire it.

Digital Project ManagementTell me how your business runs today, and I'll show you what a clearer way of managing it looks like.
Notion is the core of everything I build. These are the tools I connect it to.
The things people usually ask before we start working together.
A focused system (one core database and dashboard) is usually ready in a few days. A larger, connected system across multiple databases takes one to two weeks depending on scope. You'll get a clear timeline before we start.
Not at all. Most clients have never structured a Notion workspace before. You explain how your business currently works, I handle the structure, and you get a walkthrough so your team knows exactly how to use it.
You get full ownership of the workspace, plus a walkthrough. From there you can run it yourself, or we can talk about ongoing support if you'd rather I maintain and expand it.
Yes, where Notion supports it. Slack, Linear, and GitHub can connect natively. Other tools can often be linked through Zapier or Make.com depending on what you're using.
That's a great way to start. A single well-scoped database and dashboard is a solid way to test whether Notion fits your business before committing to a larger system.
Let's explore whether Notion can help create a clearer way of managing it. Tell me who you are, what your business does, and what you're currently struggling with.
